The Role:

  • Dive into law cases, managing legal documents, billing, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare filings and ensure seamless case management.
  • Optimize processes and proactively solve problems to keep our cases on track.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • repare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Manage case files and deadlines
  • Assist attorneys with client communication and case strategy
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
  • Utilize legal software and databases to efficiently manage casework


What You Bring:

  • Experience: Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience | 3–5 years as a paralegal (family law is a plus)
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Clio (or the eagerness to master it quickly).
  • Soft Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
