Our Indianapolis client is looking for an IT project coordinator to coordinate and manage a list of small IT infrastructure projects.


The ideal resource can start ASAP, with the assignment duration lasting 6+ months. We’re looking for a full-time resource for 40 hours/week to be onsite in our downtown Indianapolis office.

The resource will collaborate closely with IS managers and vendors to coordinate Infrastructure projects, focusing on network, telephony, cyber security, and infrastructure services. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. They will manage tasks, priorities, and dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring effective communication of technical details to non-technical property teams.

The qualifications for the ideal candidate are listed below:

IT Project Coordinator

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity of basic IS Infrastructure & Networking is needed – Meraki equipment background a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools is beneficial for management of work and understanding processes
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management


Please note that we are not looking for a certified Project Manager, but instead a Project Coordinator with a network infrastructure background/understanding.
