Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at AIS-ACI > Advanced Integrated Services & Airmatic Controls located in Davie, FL. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks for HVAC systems. They will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Must be willing to join UA Local.


Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • EPA certification
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the HVAC industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Be willing to join Local Union
  • Technical degree or certification in HVAC is a plus or Minimum 5 years' experience required
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
