About the Role:

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering teams to build and optimize our CI/CD processes, infrastructure, and observability systems.


Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Expertise in IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Track record of incident response and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of security best practices and SOC II compliance


Preferred:

  • Experience with ML infrastructure and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
  • Experience with microservices architectures
  • Startup experience
  • Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)


What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Optimize deployment processes and automation
  • Manage production environments and handle off-hours incidents
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure needs
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and security solutions


Role Specifics:

  • Hybrid for New York City (NY/NJ), with full-in office commitment happening by the beginning of 2025
  • W-2 position
