McNamee Hosea seeks a full-time Administrative Coordinator to provide general administrative support to Administration to assist with Operations, Marketing and Human Resource functions.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):


• Assist with overseeing and supporting the development and implementation of the firm’s marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients, strengthening existing client relationships, and increasing visibility of the firm’s diverse practice areas.

• Assist with developing, proofreading and posting approved content for the firm’s social media accounts, website and/or print announcements/ads

• Work with outside vendors on the firm’s SEO program and website updates;

• Create, update and maintain client contact database for marketing initiatives.

• Stay abreast of social media developments, emerging technologies, best practices and trends in the social media.

• Assist attorneys with their individual social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Provide assistance with developing, reviewing and updating marketing collateral, including, brochures, presentations, and attorney biographies.

• Assist in planning Firm-hosted events.

• Assist with basic research and data collection for various projects.

• Assist with firm operations such as accounts payable, including processing check requests, credit card payments, deposits, bills and invoices, expense reports, ordering supplies, etc.

• Assist with benefits administration and the firm's wellness program.

• Provide back up to support to other admin department staff.


JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


• A.A. or Bachelor’s degree.

• Law firm or professional service experience, a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• High level of business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Strong client service skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong service orientation and an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with attorneys, legal assistants, peers and clients.

• Reliability, dependability, and strong motivation to respond to requests quickly
