3+ years' experience working hands on in an enterprise Data Center (130+ racks/400+ servers)
Expertise responding to L2/3 tickets (preferably remedy or ServiceNow)
Tickets may include but not limited to - Racking + stacking, network equipment issues, replacing drives, cabling, cooling provisioning
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and professionalism
Plusses
Experience working in a regulated environment

Insight global is seeking a Data Center technician for a top pharmaceutical client in Boston, MA. This person should have experience working in a large Data Center and global environment, as well as 24/7 support. Joining a team of technicians and sys admins, this person will be a tech resolving technical (hardware/network/electrical) issues via ServiceNow.
Pay Range
$40-$48/hr
