Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:

This role involves the oversight of all technical aspects of the Development team. This includes making architectural and design decisions, guiding the team in technical matters, and supervising system modifications. There is an 80% focus on the Ecosystem, troubleshooting technical issues involving Dev, engineering tasks and product releases. ​The other 20% will be dedicated to triaging and resolving incidents requiring a quick turnaround in Prod​, (MINCs, P1). ​

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Architect and design complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party systems and custom development.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce implementations.

Identify technical design risks.

Review and propose technical recommendations, provide general oversight, including upgrades, for special projects.​

Document detailed Technical Solution documents

Own/lead technical reviews and perform code reviews of technical deliverables.​

Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with Salesforce best practices.

Work with Project Manager to assess effort estimates for solutions

Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development in Salesforce technologies.

Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.


Technical Skills

Extensive experience with Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Salesforce CRM and Force.com, APEX, SOSL, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning Framework, Java Script, Data Loader

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Lead Copado Q&A and ad-hoc support during deployments in any sandbox or Prod org.​​

Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
