Hotel Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team as a Sales Coordinator at Whyle This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they inquire about our services to their departure. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling everything from account management to billing inquiries, and ensuring our property is in

top condition.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Greet visitors and answer phone calls for customer and general inquiries.

• Interact with travel customers and groups in person, via email, and over the phone.

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

• Maintain communication with group customers regarding the status of their

booking.

• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.


Account Management:

• Handle billing and respond to leads.

• Inspect apartments for arrival.


Support Functions:

• Assist the property team with intake and processing of incoming lead information.

• Handle reservation requests, research group billing inquiries, gather data, compile

reports, maintain files, and prepare correspondence.

• Assist the General Manager with sales duties, RFP responses, proposals, contracts,

and more.

• Upload and maintain group files within the sales system.

• Provide client tours.


Qualifications

• A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in the

hotel/corporate housing industry preferred.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient knowledge of computer applications.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Outgoing personality and proven self-starter.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs warrant.

• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
