LOCATION: In-office work at least 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in the El Segundo Area of Los Angeles, CA.

JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Director is responsible for developing and overseeing the visual and conceptual direction of the company’s brand and marketing campaigns. This role ensures all creative outputs align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and company goals, driving innovation across all platforms. The Creative Director will lead a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals to deliver impactful, cohesive, and engaging content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership
- Develop and execute a compelling creative vision for the brand across all marketing and advertising platforms, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all creative outputs reflect the company’s values, goals, and identity.
- Work hand-in-hand with brand partners to develop and deliver compelling creative to support product campaigns.
Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Project Oversight
- Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Innovation and Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into creative outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine strategies that increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Use analytics and performance data to refine creative strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Present creative concepts and strategies to executives and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in marketing, advertising, or branding.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and customer-centric design principles.
