Skills Looking for:

· Tasks include reviewing nutrition labels, assessing promotional claims, and exploring new ingredient innovations

· Strong attention to detail

· Effective communication skills

· Day-to-day responsibilities: Review nutrition labels and healthcare claims; Research and identify new ingredients; Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Interpret and communicate scientific literature; Support clinical studies.

· Preferred candidates should have clinical experience such as working as a registered nurse or registered dietitian in a healthcare setting (e.g., hospital, bariatric clinic) or having experience with clinical studies.

Education:

· Master’s or PhD in nutrition is preferred

· Bachelor's degree with significant experience and RD certification considered

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree: 1-2 years

· Master’s degree: Less than 1 year

· PhD: New graduate or 1 year
