Location: On-site in San Ramon, CA (2-3 days a week required)
Duration: 6-9 months with potential for conversion to hire (CTH)
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must possess superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Consultant with PM Experience: Strong technical background with project management experience.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills with a preference for those with a project management background.
- Ariba Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience with Ariba modules.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and implement preventative actions to stay on track.
- Independent and Cross-functional Work: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present clearly and efficiently to ensure team alignment.
- Implementation Planning: Capable of creating and executing implementation plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Teams: Implement process and system improvements by leading teams effectively.
- Facilitate Meetings: Gather business stakeholders and lead productive team meetings.
- Ariba Expertise: Communicate new Ariba features and their benefits.
- Roadmap Development: Understand quarterly Ariba releases, create implementation roadmaps, and communicate changes to relevant teams.
- Technical and Business Coordination: Connect technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
- Business Analysis: Engage with business users to understand processes and pain points, assess situations, and define action plans for improvements.
Primary Ariba Modules Experience Required:
- Pricing, Buying, and Invoice
- Contract Management
- Performance Management
- Supply Chain Collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) in Ariba
Key Competencies:
- Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

- Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze business processes and implement effective solutions.
