The Content Specialist is responsible for developing, creating, and managing high-quality

written content to support Leoforce's internal operations and external communications. This role will focus on creating engaging and informative content that aligns with Leoforce's brand voice and messaging.


Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Partnerships and Sales to identify content opportunities that align with Leoforce’s business goals

• Develop content calendars and editorial plans to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content

• Conduct audience and market research to understand target demographics and tailor content

accordingly, staying up to date with current content creation trends, algorithms, and best practices

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various platforms (blog posts, articles, social media, email newsletters)

• Assist in developing and executing plans to drive lead generation

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand voice

• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy

• Develop materials, such as employee newsletters, presentations, training documents, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to support internal teams

• Share content on relevant platforms and identified communities to increase visibility

• Utilize email marketing to distribute content to subscribers

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content effectiveness and present findings to internal teams

• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas of weakness, developing and

implementing approved plans to address any weaknesses

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance

• Perform other duties assigned


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2-5 years of experience in a content strategy role, ideally in a product-driven company within the

tech, SaaS, B2B, or AI space

• Experience tailoring content for different platforms

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

• Strong understanding of data analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)

• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced startup environment by consistently meeting project

deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience (current or former) working at a small company (250 employees or less), preferably

in a startup environment
