RV Channel Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver solutions to help achieve their goals.
  • Sustain and grow business by proposing aligned solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate across departments to address issues and develop growth strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to project trends and prepare progress reports.
  • Develop sales strategies and ensure accountability for achieving goals.
  • Prepare and monitor sales budgets and expenses.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience on the aftermarket/supplier side of the RV industry, in a Sales, Account Management, or Business Development oriented position.
  • Must have experience in B2B sales from the aftermarket/supplier sector of the RV industry, selling to one or more of the following: OEMs, dealerships, and distributorships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
