Overview:

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from active partnerships, leveraging various channels such as networking events, cold outreach, and industry associations.

Active Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners through targeted outreach efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of partnership opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to develop partnership proposals and pitch decks tailored to the needs and objectives of potential partners.


Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and lead generation efforts, tracking progress and outcomes to inform future strategies.


Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnership and lead generation.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in lead generation, partnership management, or business development roles.

- Strong track record of successfully generating leads via partnerships.

- Flexibility to travel as needed.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

- Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM software.

- Knowledge of relevant industry sectors and market trends.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Familiarity with partnership strategies and tactics for lead generation.

- Previous experience in a similar role within the Fintech, Wealthtech, or financial services industry.
