What You'll Do:

  • Lead Projects: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Financial Oversight: Set up budgets, monitor costs, and handle procurement to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Client Relations: Be the go-to person for clients, addressing any concerns and leading project progress meetings.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and resolve any issues that arise.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in construction with at least 2 years in project management. Strong background in managing multiple projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction software (Primavera, Timberline). Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Safety Certifications: OSHA and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
