Job Description:

In a Pharma Commercial IT advisory role, a person should have the following skills –

  • 20 + years of Pharma Commercial domain with IT experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work with the Business,
  • Business-facing role experience and ability to provide guidance and expertise on how Technology can be leveraged to improve operations within the Pharma industry.
  • Knowledgeable about various IT Functions within Pharma Commercial.
  • Adapt knowledge about various Software Solutions for sales and marketing, data analytics, customer relationship management, and compliance management within Pharma Domain.
  • Eg – CRM tools, Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, Data Management and Integration platforms, Digital Asset Management Tools, Omnichannel
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend IT systems and tools that can enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Additionally, collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT solutions align with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
  • Understands IT operations and can meet the deliverables as committed to the client.
  • Preferred Knowledge about – Veeva, Snowflake, Salesforce, MDM, Informatica, Alignment tools, and MicroStrategy.
  • He/she should be focused on 12 months into the future and keep the engagement pushing in that direction… Consultative outlook…ability to engage with VP+ population.
