Compensation Range: $65-$85/hr

Summary:


The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and implementing Procurement deliverables using a blend of waterfall and agile methodologies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project adherence to governance processes, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members for project-related workstreams.
  • Work closely with functional owners, project leaders, and technical teams to plan and implement key milestones.
  • Create, manage, track, and report on project plans.
  • Communicate project status, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to SDLC governance and review processes.
  • Manage change control processes and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
  • Present periodic summaries of key updates to the steering committee.
  • Deliver metrics to provide transparency and accountability of overall project health and progress.
  • Facilitate engagement with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies at the program and project level.
  • Apply lessons learned with key stakeholders for continuous improvement.


Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of system implementation experience using Coupa software or similar.
  • 3-5 years of Master Data experience involving Vendor and Supplier datasets.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC integration for Pricing Management.
  • Solid grasp of Data Analytics requirements for Spend, Portfolio, and Category Insights metrics.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work onsite in Racine, WI, four days per week, with one day remote.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in conversion planning.
  • Previous experience within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with other procurement or ERP systems.
  • Certification in project management methodologies.
