Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you will manage escalated calls, requiring a deep understanding of processes and the ability to conduct detailed research and document review. This position is ideal for someone with a background in banking, legal, or other professional service industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed research and review documents to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to callers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.


Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in banking, legal, or other professional service industries.
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a call center is required
  • Strong research and document review skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Richmond, VA from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Capability to transition to a hybrid work model based on performance and business needs.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
