Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth and forging strategic partnerships? We’re seeking a visionary Vice President of Business Development to join our client's executive team and lead the charge in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

:Business Development & Sale

  • sLead and coach business development teams across multiple markets
  • .Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
  • .Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and trend evaluation
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • .Negotiate and close high-value business deals
  • .Oversee CRM systems and ensure efficient sales workflows
  • .Manage business development budgets and performance metrics
  • .Provide market insights to executive leadership

.Marketing Leadershi

  • pCollaborate with marketing leadership to align strategies with business goals
  • .Address and resolve departmental challenges in partnership with marketing leadership
  • .Act as a senior advocate for marketing initiatives across the organization
  • .Provide executive coaching and performance reviews for marketing leadership

.Qualification

  • sProven success in business development, sales, or marketing leadership roles
  • .Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • .Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve strategic goals
  • .Experience driving metric-driven growth initiatives

.Education and Experienc

  • eBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • .10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • .Industry experience is a plus but not required

.Physical Requirement

  • sAbility to work in a standard office environment
  • .Must be able to travel as needed
