The compensation range for this role is up to 125K/yr. The offices are located in Oakbrook, Illinois and this role does have hybrid flexibility with an in office presence of 2- 3days a week.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas and documentation for executive meetings, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed accurately.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to facilitate their workflow and productivity.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.


Requirements of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.
