We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer (Managed IT) to join our team and deliver exceptional, white-glove support to our clients. This role offers exposure to a wide array of technologies, including virtualization, cloud solutions, networking, and Windows systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
  • Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
  • Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) - must have requirement
