About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist Co-op to join our Coesia North America team. In this role, you will support project managers with the coordination, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of C5 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the project management team, ensuring the smooth operation of projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes by reviewing project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Other tasks as assigned


What You Need to Be Successful

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Project Management or Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A team player with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
