The eCommerce Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability through online marketplaces as well as leading the digital landscape of the company moving forward. The eCommerce Marketing manager will drive thought leadership and create action plans to optimize the online shopping experience and drive revenue, increase customer engagement and create customer loyalty.

What you get to do everyday:


  • Serve as key point of contact, internally and externally, for Amazon account, online retailers, related stores, and other internet channels.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets; including strategies to penetrate key accounts and grow direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to curate the e-commerce buying experience with engaging multimedia content, unique descriptions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage current catalog and set up new listings, identify opportunities to drive traffic, increase engagement and drive sales conversion, and achieve business performance metrics across websites.
  • Ensure execution of planned product launches, content updates, and promotions on websites and any mobile applications.
  • Monitor website(s) usability and the consumer experience in partnership (with 3rd party vendors) to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage learning management system platforms and build out capabilities.
  • Deliver the mobile app(s) roadmap and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Implement and manage SEO optimization, as well as SEM efforts using digital metrics (e.g., site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online marketing.
  • Create and maintain appropriate and timely analytics for all eCommerce, on-line and mobile activity (display, email, social, search, etc.) to ensure accurate measurement of ROI. Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly)
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competition and market gaps, and ecommerce learning plan.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce and marketing with proven depth knowledge in digital marketing and technology, ideally within the health and beauty or consumer products space.
  • Proven experience developing consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior, technology utilization, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
