Position Title: ServiceNow Developer
Position Summary:
The ServiceNow Developer is a senior-level position responsible for developing advanced solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Custom Applications. This role provides expert guidance to developers and administrators, addresses complex user-reported issues, and ensures optimal use of the platform. The ServiceNow Developer is highly proficient in business processes, multiple modules, and integrations. They follow Agile Scrum Methodology and work cross-functionally across various platform modules, collaborating closely with the Platform Architect to identify solutions, whether through existing functionality or customizations. This role involves developing, testing, installing, and maintaining new or modified solutions on the platform and requires advanced platform knowledge, certifications, and front-end development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and Custom Applications to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ITSM workflows to ensure timely escalations, minimize service disruptions, and optimize service delivery.
- Customize and configure Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB to automate incident creation and improve infrastructure visibility and management.
- Collaborate with SecOps teams to automate ticket routing and enhance detection workflows.
- Oversee GRC module development, ensuring alignment with risk assessment, mitigation, and audit reporting needs.
- Enhance HRSD processes, including Case Management and Onboarding, by leveraging data analytics to improve employee experience.
- Manage small projects to build Custom Applications, aligning requirements with business needs, designing solutions with the architect, and developing standard operating procedures.
- Lead the integration of new modules, store applications, and integrations.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emerging trends.
- Resolve intricate and complex platform issues requiring deep knowledge and expertise.
- Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on advanced scripting techniques and best practices.
- Design simple solutions in collaboration with the Solution Architect, aligning tool capabilities with business process requirements.
PAY RANGE :
Pay Range*: $55-$60/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
