Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Interviewer to join our team. This role involves conducting telephone interviews and documenting essential information. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support or market research, with proven skills in communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Job Duties:
· Proven experience in call center customer support, including sales or marketing research, or an equivalent combination of experience.
· Conduct outbound telephone interviews to gather and accurately document information.
· Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
· Provide excellent customer service, with a demonstrated record of meeting performance metrics.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
· Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain accuracy in documentation.
· Be reliable and punctual, consistently meeting attendance expectations.
· Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Possess proven computer and typing skills.
· Follow instructions, comply with company policies, and adhere to assigned schedules and break times.
· Work independently to complete tasks within deadlines while adhering to company performance metrics.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Conduct telephone interviews with potential respondents.
· Make 20-25 outbound calls per hour using a provided list of phone numbers.
· Follow provided scripts to conduct phone interactions.
· Interact with business professionals across the U.S., screening and qualifying them for research studies.
· Provide background information to participants and obtain their consent to participate.
· Accurately and quickly enter data from phone interviews, ensuring all details are captured verbatim.
Additional Information:
· Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
· Training Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm
· Location: On-site position, conveniently located near public transportation
· Pay: $19 per hour
