Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution (20%):

  • Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns (tactics could include email marketing, trade publications, lead generation sweepstakes) that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Maintain annual brand marketing calendar for company-wide visibility.


Email Marketing (60%):

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive desired actions, such as lead generation and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain segmented email flows and drip campaigns tailored to specific audience segments, ensuring personalized messaging and engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Craft compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Create visually appealing email campaign graphics and templates that enhance engagement and reflect brand identity.


Performance Analysis and Optimization (20%):

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in campaign marketing, with a focus on email marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive copy for various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and experience creating visually appealing campaign graphics and assets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making and optimization strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
