Territory Manager

The Territory Manager should effectively manage and grow a designated territory in the Northern Georgia / Atlanta area with a strong commitment to results. The candidate must be highly motivated individual with strong work habits involving customer service in a variety of activities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be located within the territory. Team Air Distrubuting is a wholesale HVAC distributor of American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, Ameristar, geothermal, Mitsubishi and LG ductless, HVAC materials and parts related to residential and commercial HVAC. This role would be responsible for all products.
Team Air does not cap commissions. The comp listed is for an entry-level TM. Experienced TMs will start at a much higher rate, depending on experience. Your opportunity to achieve your financial goals is there for the taking Seasoned TMs in a developed territory can make $300k+ per year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Grow territory sales revenue by adding new customers.
Manage and develop existing customer base.
Perform sales responsibilities in a “consultant-like” relationship with customers.
HVAC knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Detail oriented and organized.
Work independently or in a group setting.
Train and support customer needs.
Be accountable for results.
Reporting and budgeting.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Competencies
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
Must be proficient with Windows applications mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Execute marketing programs by working through contractor customers.
Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
