We are seeking an organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Training and Administrative Support Specialist.


Job Description:

The Training and Administrative Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department through the creation and management of training programs and administrative tasks. This individual will be responsible for developing training manuals, and wellness initiatives, and assisting with safety team programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in creating training content from scratch. This position is based in Peachtree City, GA, and involves in-person work during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts).


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create training manuals and materials from scratch to support employee development.
  • Utilize computers, multimedia equipment, and handheld digital devices to support training programs and daily operations.
  • Perform administrative duties, including report writing, record keeping, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and present spreadsheets, training presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Research vendors and assist with coordinating employee engagement and wellness events.
  • Support safety team initiatives to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Order service awards, birthday gifts, and flower arrangements for employees.
  • Create and distribute surveys to gather feedback and improve training programs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of HR-related events and meetings.
  • Manage and maintain Tingue’s wellness platform.
  • Additional duties as assigned to support the HR department and company operations.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong initiative.
  • Reliable and dedicated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), TEAMS, Zoom, and web-based research.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Must have experience creating training materials and manuals from scratch.


Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.


Work Environment:

  • Full-time position.
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • In-person work at our Peachtree City, GA location.
  • No weekends required.
