Private Label Manager

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
  • Collaborate with internal team for new private label items that include the process of R&D through completed release of CPG. 
  • Market research on new trends, internal audit analysis, strategize offerings that are competitive within industries
  • Strong ability to adhere to deadlines and launch dates of all products and ensure production timeline managerment of that to align with aggressive pace of growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with exisiting suppliers and introduce new suppliers and copackers for new products
  • Build the internal product development cycle and procedures of incorporating new products that can be scaled on a wholesale avenue
  • Recruit, hire, and train private label team
  • Discernment with regards to Food Safety; abide FDA regulations; liase with Food Safety and Compliance Director
  • Maintain and update SOPs and FAQs on all private label products in our internal system
Qualities and Skills required:
  • Ability to multitask across various product developments and launches
  • Passionate about organization and structure of processes
  • Ability to enjoyably work closely with all internal teams to ensure the success of product development
  • Financial understanding of product development
