The Radiology Technologist s main role is to operate the C-Arm during Vascular procedures and assist physicians in procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. These requirements are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and ability required of the position. We are searching for a Radiology Technologist who will: Appropriately operate and demonstrate proper alignment of the C-Arm for vascular procedures Ensure proper patient positioning Moves imaging equipment into specified position, determines exposure factors on basis of height, weight, portion of body involved, and degree of penetration required, and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors and produce images of proper detail, density, and accuracy This position requires an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) Certification, and One (1) to three (3) years of related experience. Job Type: Full-time Healthcare setting: Outpatient Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Medical Imaging: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred) ARRT Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
