Join the Team as a Financial Reporting Leader:

  • Lead monthly financial closing, prepare financial statements, analyses, and disclosures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and coordinate annual audits.
  • Manage technical accounting matters and support complex areas such as equity and foreign transactions.
  • Review customer transactions for proper revenue recognition and collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general ledger accounting processes, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Manage tax compliance activities and ensure corporate governance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA license required, with 10+ years of financial reporting experience.
  • Expertise in US GAAP, SaaS Company Experience essential, Cyber-Security Company background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Hybrid role based in Redwood City, CA, with on-site work required.
