Job Opening: Post-Acute Major Account Executive

Overview: The Post-Acute Major Account Executive plays a crucial role in selling products and services within the healthcare market. This position involves collaborating with account executives to target sales opportunities in larger care facilities and coordinating with other business units as necessary to secure these opportunities. The chosen candidate will become the face of Inovalon, interacting on-site during the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in client meetings to discuss sales opportunities, working hand in hand with the account executive team;
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure the delivery of appropriate market messages and lead generation;
  • Effectively communicate the business development program throughout the organization to encourage collaboration and support among teams;
  • Employ professional sales strategies and negotiation techniques to finalize sales agreements;
  • Navigate complex sales processes involving C-suite executives;
  • Stay informed about key drivers in the healthcare industry and how our solutions can enhance products and services;
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure customer success and support large sales opportunities;
  • Perform additional duties as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements;
  • Contribute to the operational and financial success of the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of successful sales experience with a focus on business influencers;
  • Prior experience in selling healthcare technology is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in sales evaluation, building cost justifications, and meeting revenue objectives;
  • Familiarity with Practice Management Systems and Electronic Medical Records;
  • Strong skills in strategic and consultative selling;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Sedentary work with occasional lifting of objects;
  • Temporary inside environmental conditions;
  • Travel requirement of less than 15% locally.

Inovalon offers compensation between $95,000 to $115,000 USD, which may vary based on factors such as knowledge, experience, and business needs.
