What Your Role Entails:

As a Regional Manager (RM), your primary focus is on service delivery ownership and supporting Department of Defense customers in the region. Serving as the bridge between business owners and general managers, your role demands end-to-end visibility into the business while strategizing for both short-term tactics and long-term success.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Support

  1. Educate sales and service-delivery teams on service organization, offerings, and success stories.
  2. Collaborate with sales account leadership to ensure quality proposals for our customers.
  3. Manage services opportunity and resource planning for effective project outcomes.

Sales and Services Team Leadership

  1. Drive business operations from pre-sales to delivery outcomes.
  2. Lead service-delivery teams by articulating strategic visions.
  3. Foster collaboration among regional leaders and key partners.
  4. Handle service-delivery issues for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Represent the region in leadership meetings associated with service delivery.

Financial Management

  1. Optimize profitability and resource utilization within the region.
  2. Monitor financial metrics to safeguard profitability.
  3. Forecast financial performance in alignment with various teams.

Sales Project Support

  1. Provide feedback on service-delivery performance for continuous improvement.
  2. Monitor sales pipeline and resource requirements.
  3. Ensure timely and consistent delivery of services engagements.

Delivery Quality Assurance

  1. Gather feedback on service-delivery performance and report to leadership.
  2. Ensure program/project compliance with operational standards.
  3. Review and provide input on Statements of Work (SOWs) in the region.
  4. Collaborate on project change control and contract modifications.

Operational Efficiency

  1. Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements in the region.
  2. Pilot new service-delivery approaches and tools.
  3. Define regional requirements for process and tools enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to work with various teams and end customers.
  • Skilled in complex problem-solving and team management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with dispersed teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of OEM technologies.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Active or ability to obtain Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Travel requirement: 20% to 40% within the US.
  • Location: Remote - Continental US.
