About the Job

Exciting prospects await the new Senior Financial Analyst in our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role involves conducting financial evaluations of Marketing expenditures across all brands and analyzing their effects on sales, profit margins, and customer traffic. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders from various departments, contributing to Tailored Brands' profitable expansion.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
  • Assume a vital role in crafting and managing annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly financial projections for multiple accounts, focusing primarily on Sales, Profit Margins, and Marketing activities.
  • Undertake special assignments, often related to strategic evaluations or other company-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-functional efforts by comprehending Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), media allocation strategies, significant business trends, and incorporating these insights into financial forecasts for various accounts, with a key emphasis on Sales, Profit Margins, and Marketing activities.
  • Provide detailed financial assessments of Marketing expenses across all brands and their influence on sales and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Accounting teams to ensure accurate recording of month-end accruals and expense schedules.
  • Develop financial models to gauge the return on investment for Marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance existing processes and tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet current and future growth requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports, business evaluations, and Marketing KPI summaries for leadership.
  • Utilize various data sources to evaluate financial performance, create action plans to attain business objectives, and explain significant variances from financial plans at month-end.
  • Identify essential business drivers and establish methodologies to support detailed analyses and decision-making processes.
  • Deliver monthly financial presentations to leadership, effectively communicating financial performance against forecasts and budgets.
  • Furnish valuable financial analyses and strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop presentations and information materials for executive management, Board of Directors meetings, financial disclosures, investor gatherings, industry events, and interactions with analysts and investors.
  • Explore opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and compilation processes using technology and systems.
  • Create ad-hoc financial analyses for business leaders and ensure timely and accurate project reporting in partnership with colleagues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.
