As a Talent Acquisition Contingent Workforce Specialist, you will be a key member of a dynamic regional team supporting the implementation and adoption of a new Contingent Labor process and system.
This role will be supporting the North America regional team with data entry and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with our partners MSP-Tapfin and VMS-VNDLY, Procurement and the Assignment Managers within the Business.
As the Regional Lead for North America within the Contingent Labor organization, you will work closely with the MSP Program Manager and the team leads.
You will engage with the ATS/HRIS/VMS systems, ensuring data is input accurately and timely.The role will also include engagement with internal Assignment Managers, Procurement, Finance, Vendors and Talent Acquisition team members.
You will be responsible for working with the local business/organizations to understand the requirements and be able to present it to the overall program team.
In addition, you will monitor MSP performance and effectiveness to ensure a strong partnership between AP and the MSP. You will be an integral part of the Americas PM Team.
This role will also review existing headcount for compliance to policy and initiate actions when needed to keep the company in compliance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the vendors and internal stakeholder when communicating new contingent worker requirements
- Responsible for reviewing the MSP KPIs and metrics.
- Responsible for ensuring the local legal and regulatory requirements are met and to keep Workday VNDLY compliant with local rules and regulations
- Collate process improvements and feature updates and present to the relevant AP Process owner and/or Process & Governance team
- Participate in regular reviews to confirm compliance to contract and regulations
- Facilitate exception approvals for Market rates and/or Process
- Facilitate extensions for all contractors within region
- Notify MSP/Supplier of early termination and Off-Boarding requirement validation
- Actively work within our system to provide reporting from VNDLY as necessary. Create Various reports as needed for presentation to management each month, quarter.
- Reviews vendor invoice process and understands detailed regional invoice payments/non-PO batch process. Able to step in and problem solve if needed.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
- 3-5 Years Contractor Administration or HR Coordinator experience liaising with Vendors, staffing agencies.
- Previous experience with an ATS/HRIS/VMS system
- Ability to manage many tasks at one time and prioritize effectively
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology platforms
- Strong attention to detail and high commitment to data accuracy
- Experience in a Workday/VMS system environment
