Job Overview:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.


This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Tebra for documentation and record keeping (Experience with Tebra is a plus, but not required)
  • Provide care in the Private Practice Setting
  • Coordinate Care with Psychiatric Providers for Integrated Healthcare

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Current NP state licensure in Arizona
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to contribute to the clinic's success by providing patients with quality, compassionate care
  • Uphold standard of care always
