CERTIFIED NURSINGASSISTANT/HOME CARE AIDE

This position can be full-time or part-time and includes beingresponsible for the care of our residents, which can be hands-on and/orstand-by assistance as needed. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-orientedindividual with a positive and self-motivated attitude. You must have strongcommunication and critical thinking abilities as interacting with seniors whileproviding care requires both abilities. RELATABLE EXPERIENCE:
  • Prior experience working in an assisted living community or memory care community
  • Jobs or volunteer assignments that have given you opportunities to provide care for someone
  • Other hospitality or healthcare related experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Roles in which you have been amulti-tasker
  • Opportunities from your past whereyou have demonstrated kindness, patience, and compassion to varying groups andindividuals
  • Volunteer work involving vulnerablegroups
QUALIFICATIONS:

1- At least 18 years of age

2- Ability to obtain CPR & First AidCertification

3- Possession of CNA or HCA license

4- Current negative TB test

5- Possess the ability to sit, stand,bend, and move continuously during work hours

6- Ability to carry or transfer up to50lbs with assistance

7- Ability to pass criminalrecord/background check

8- Be efficient and exercise good timemanagement skills

9- Must be able to work wellindependently with little oversight

10- Must have a track record of top-notchorganizational abilities and communication skills

11- Willing to attend and incorporate intoyour work efforts different types of training

The hourly wage range for this position is$19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Priorexperience working with seniors is a plus.
