Job Summary


Support the efficient management of all Department/Bureau operations by participating in the preparation and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and strategic mandates pertaining to the Department/Bureau. Perform basic and routine work assignments and consult other staff for more complex issues. Assist in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Handle coordination of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and assist in researching to develop and improve policies and practices around business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree is required or
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate is required and
  • 4 years of administrative work, analytical work, or directly related experience is required or
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

contacts in an assigned functional area.

  • Knowledge of basic and standard principles and practices for a specialized area of focus.
