Join our team as a Part-Time Evening Coordinator at the Danforth Campus. Your main responsibilities will revolve around providing support to evening instructional programs and activities. You will assist with room setups for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Essential Job Functions:

  • Support evening courses and programs at Danforth Campus.
  • Maintain campus security.
  • Plan and review facility requests.
  • Assist with room scheduling in the Event Management System.
  • Support instructors with classroom setup, AV assistance, and material distribution.
  • Address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Coordinate events with team members and staff.
  • Handle confidential information securely.
  • Engage in safety team activities.
  • Assist Danforth staff as required.
  • Attend team meetings and maintain professional expertise.
  • Manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
  • Previous work in an educational environment would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to build partnerships.

Working Conditions:
Job requires long periods of sitting and walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and handling room setups. You should be prepared for consistent communication with customers and occasional extended work hours to accommodate special projects.

Contract Details:
This position offers a twelve-month contract with the possibility of annual renewal. Workdays are from Monday to Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., totaling 20-29 hours per week. Francis Tuttle provides health and dental benefits, paid time off, and pension contributions for eligible employees.
