Job Overview
We are looking for a Facilities Project Manager to join our team in Holland.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead major facility projects
  • Develop, design, and implement construction, renovations, and upgrades
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and quality control
  • Oversee day-to-day project management
  • Lead and mentor project teams
  • Conduct site searches and negotiate leases/purchase agreements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in facilities design or construction management
  • Experience with project delivery methods
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of CAD/CAFM systems
  • Familiarity with building codes and safety standards
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • PC proficiency with project management software

Additional Skills Preferred:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with IPD
  • International travel readiness
