What you'll do:
- Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning support, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies
- Manage small projects independently and lead teams on larger projects
- Generate timely and accurate service reports
- Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners
- Mentor less experienced technicians
- Utilize digital tools for remote work

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical distribution or control systems
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and servicing electrical systems
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Electrical or General Contractor's License preferred
- Experience in power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis
- NICET/NETA certification is a plus
Skills:
- Completion of safety certification program
- Ability to work variable hours, including nights & weekends
- Understands power systems and voltage distribution equipment
- Physically capable of demanding tasks and lifting
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and works well under pressure
- Effective team collaboration
