  • Responds promptly to critical site issues and may spend extended time on-site for stabilization when necessary.
  • Solicits participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings based on client requirements.
  • Delivers products and initiatives supporting strategic objectives.
  • Reviews best practices and effectiveness of systems, support, and structure comprehensively.
  • Efficiently manages multiple lines of service and clients.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring at senior management levels.
  • Ensures regular communication throughout the business portfolio for effective information dissemination.
  • Acts as a business partner in the sales process.
  • Participates in annual strategic client meetings and offers feedback and insights.
  • Oversees the indirect management of client health centers with diverse services.
  • Manages relationships with designated clients.
  • Oversees a portfolio with up to $100M in Gross Annual Revenue.
  • Manages up to 500 Full-Time Equivalents directly and indirectly.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience with a significant focus on business).
  • 10+ years' experience in a business environment or related industry, with managerial responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in managing medical information management systems.
  • Background in Operations management.
  • Experience in healthcare management within medical, pharmacy, fitness, or similar settings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle diverse responsibilities and communicate effectively across functional areas.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing virtual teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective people management, strategy formulation, and execution skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry operations and delivery.
  • Understanding of regulatory framework related to onsite operations, including awareness of industry and legal matters.
  • Prior experience with budget and profit & loss responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Workers' Compensation, Medicare, and clinical standards.
