ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Collaborate with C-Suite and senior management
- Conduct financial and operational analyses
- Develop key metrics for quality care and profitability
- Drive business intelligence activities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Refine reporting and analysis with business users
- Develop productivity reports and action plans
- Manage a team of analysts and dashboards
- Prepare analytical reports and financial models
- Support business unit leaders and provide training
- Lead budget preparation and financial analysis
- Synthesize data to meet strategic objectives
- Partner with operational teams to drive results

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in MS-Office and SQL database queries
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

LICENSING AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of finance or strategic planning experience
- Experience in FP&A within a growing MSO or DSO
