FullBloom is looking for a Compliance Administrator to assist our Vice President, Corporate Compliance. We need someone to help with the maintenance of our Compliance Program and to improve our compliance process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onspring GRC Management
  • Implement, manage, update, and maintain a comprehensive GRC for the company.
  • Identify process improvements and maintain documentation. Support business units on compliance initiatives.
  • Manage GRC relationship with Power BI
  • Partner with business owners to identify data deficiencies and find solutions.
  • Power BI Management
  • Maintain the Compliance Dashboard and approval process for security access.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of a monthly Power BI newsletter.
  • Audit Program
  • Maintain quarterly audit processes and monthly invoice audits.
  • Risk Management and Corrective Action Plan
  • Identify and assess key risks, control gaps, and overlaps. Monitor significant event reporting.
  • Educate and advise the organization on risks and compliance topics.
  • Corporate Compliance Program Support
  • Onboard new vendors, deliver compliance communications, assist with audits, and track remediation items.
  • Stay updated on new regulations and rules that may affect the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Required - Bachelor's Degree
  • Desired - Project and/or Risk Management Certification(s); CPA or CIA
  • 2 to 4 years of compliance experience
  • Experience in education and/or behavioral health sector is favorable
  • Auditing experience is a bonus
  • JD not required
General Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Prior use of GRC System
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
