ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle repairs, replacements, and data migration of computing devices.
  • Configure and install software, as well as research best practices.
  • Collaborate with various systems and end users, providing training and technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot office equipment and peripherals, including telephony and printers.
  • Manage cabling and communication systems for efficient operations.
  • Participate in projects, ensuring milestones are met and communication with leadership is transparent.
  • Perform on-call duties as necessary.
  • Other assigned duties as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated expertise in computer troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and partnership capabilities.
  • At least two years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Preferred technical certification from a recognized testing provider.
