We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Surprise, AZ.

We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care.

Our multidisciplinary rehab and physical medicine office proudly serves our community through high quality medical care and due to our amazing reputation for providing our patients the best, we continue to grow Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of a chiropractor, physical therapists, medical team, massage therapists, and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve We offer physical therapy and pain management, with the chiropractic and physical therapy teams collaborating with massage therapy and sports medicine.

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/ Digital X-rays
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments of spine and extremities, rehab and various therapies and modalities
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care- working with medical provider to maximize patients' treatment and recovery
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Full time (Mon- Fri)
