This is not a remote position. You will report to our Kennesaw campus which is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA

Job Summary

Supports academic leaders with all aspects of academic operations including developing data-informed goals and initiatives. Assists with the analysis of published datasets and the development of measures and processes to measure progress against goals and strategic plans. Coordinates various initiatives from the Office of the Provost for academic leaders on campus.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides information and ad hoc reports to academic leadership, as requested, by working with the data team(s).

2. Supports academic leaders as they utilize published academic dashboards and design interventions.

3. Analyzes data and provides insights to academic leaders with regards to improvement initiatives.

4. Assists academic leaders with measuring progress in various academic initiatives.

5. Coordinates initiatives in various units in the Office of the Provost and support academic leaders with managing said initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.

Required Experience
Three (3) years of experience in higher education, academic operations, or data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Preferred Experience
Experience in supporting academic leaders
Experience in academic systems (e.g., Banner, Navigate) or units (i.e., student success, curriculum, faculty affairs, accreditation)
Experience in data analysis and producing reports and visualizations
Experience in process improvement

Proposed Salary

The salary range for this positions is $46k-55k.
