Employment Status: FULL-TIME SEASONAL | PART-TIME SEASONAL

Job Summary:

Join our upbeat and positive Back of the House team that offers a fun and energetic work environment.

Great opportunity to train in new kitchen operation skills, take advantage of on and off-site education and refresh your current skills alongside team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and FB Director
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate
  • Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Solid references
  • Task-driven individual

More about this position:

Pay:
$18 to $22 per hour depending on experience

Position available:
Part-time, Full-Time/Full-Time Seasonal and Temporary (weekends and/or holiday) available.

Hours:
8am to 6pm including holidays and weekends
