Role & Responsibilities


You will be responsible for implementing and managing the Workplace Resources business process for intaking contracting, sourcing and new service requests.

These will include complex projects of diverse scope where you will need to apply your industry background, knowledge, and critical thinking skills to fully qualify the internal request.

You will partner closely with the Service Development team to prioritize the development of a solution to meet those requests.

You will be part of a highly collaborative team working with cross-functional teams and suppliers, driving innovative service outcomes, quality, and cost-efficient solutions to support Cisco's physical and virtual work environments.

This is a new role, and the chosen candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of the business process and documentation of the process.

Desired Qualifications

" Providing industry knowledge of facilities management, services and market trends

" Awareness of Real Estate industry trends

" Ability to translate & qualify requirements

" Understanding of Sourcing processes preferred (RFx)

" Experience working in a matrix environment
