Senior Sales Planning Analyst-Sales Compensation
The Senior Sales Planning Analyst-Sales Compensation role at Epson involves assisting in implementing and managing the sales compensation plan to drive the sales force towards achieving their sales targets. This position, based at Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with a hybrid schedule, requires a focus on providing quota methodology recommendations and continuous reporting and analysis of factors influencing sales compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Compensation Administration
- Interpret and enforce sales compensation program policies
- Guide field sales in understanding the sales compensation program
- Provide input on sales quota methodology and participate in quota setting
- Administer all aspects of the sales compensation program efficiently
- Assist in evaluating new commission systems
- Sales Analysis and Reporting
- Aid in processing monthly end-user sales data
- Create various reports to analyze customer, product, channel, and program activities
- Develop expertise in current sales data management systems
- Department Management
- Establish and uphold departmental standards and procedures
- Engage in process enhancement activities for self and team
- Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with peers, departments, and managers to align with company objectives
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-8 years of sales compensation experience Proficiency in MS Excel and strong data management skills Excellent computation and analytical capabilities Team-oriented with coaching abilities Strategic thinking Bonus: Experience with Power BI
The annual base salary for this position ranges from USD $90,000 to $115,000, and is subject to various factors such as training, skills, experience, and market conditions.
